Policies
Deposit/Clean Fee/Cancellation
Deposit is due upon booking.
- Remainder due upon 30 days prior to arrival.
- If booked within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due upon booking.
Clean Fee required. Minimum departure cleaning:
- Dishwasher loaded and turned
- Trash taken out
- Heat turned down
- Lights turned off
Cancellation Policy
- Fee assessed if canceled prior to 30 days
- Full amount forfeited within 30 days of arrival if not re-booked
- Deposit may be used towards another stay in some cases. *with manager approval only.
No Smoking / No Pet Policy
- Minimum $200.00 will be assessed for damages
- Fee is not limited to $200.00
- Clean Fee/Additional clean fee assessed after departure
- Eviction: Guests will be evicted from the premises immediately. Guests will not receive a credit nor refund of stay.
